自从读了《囊萤映雪》之后，我而感到十分惭愧。
我以前总是不喜欢读书，不认真读书。但我读了《囊萤映雪》，见孙康和车胤都那么爱学习。总是孜孜不倦的读书，我很感动。他们白天干活，晚上读书，家里没钱买灯油，但他们还是不放弃，抓萤火虫放在纱袋里当灯，蹲在雪地上借雪反射的光看书，他们不怕苦，不怕冷，也不怕累。他们家里没钱，还是想读书，我们有着温暖、明亮的屋子，还不刻苦读书，真是内疚。我们以后一定要刻苦认真读书，不断的学习，要珍惜书，一句话，黑发不知勤学早，白首方悔读书迟。我们如果现在不读书，到老了就来不及了。我们一定要向车胤和孙康学习，勤奋读书，长大了成为对社会有用的人。

朋友推荐了一部幻灯片《理应感恩》，看后感触颇大。
仔细想想，我们和父母的感情有多么轰轰烈烈吗？---没有。他们的的确确是既平凡又深厚。
是啊，当我们还很小的时候，我们又知道什么呢？我们又会干什么呢？
我们会穿衣服吗？会绑鞋带、系扣子吗？我们会洗脸、梳头发吗？。。。。。。。。。

当他们开始忘记系扣子、绑鞋带的时候，我们能否像小时候他们对我们那样细心照顾？
当他们吃饭时弄脏衣服时，我们能否理解？。。。。。
当他们手颤抖时，我们能否做到为他们代劳呢？
请不要催促他们，因为我们在长大的过程也是他们变老的过程；在我们长大，学习的过程他们没有催促过我们，能够理解我们，我们能否理解他们呢？
我们在父母面前永远是孩子，我们的平安就是他们最大的快乐，所以我们要时刻关心、看望他们，让他们感觉到我们的平安、分享快乐。
只要我们平安、快乐，他们的心就会很温暖，别无所求。。。。。。

书中诠释了执行力的内涵，所谓执行力即贯彻力度，基本观念就是人的思想。执行力来自于竞争力，竞争力给我们形成了压力，而这种压力造成了自身的危机感。对于一个公司而言，真正关键不是产品，是人，人的差异决定一切。各部门只有改变员工的思想，树立危机意识，拥有一支拼命学习，提高自身的执行力和自身素质的精英团队，发扬团队的凝聚力和战斗力，深入到基层，去发现问题、思考问题、解决问题，抓住细节，深入跟进，认真做好自己的每一项工作，企业才能贯彻它的执行力，才能把想法和目标跟方向整个的落实。
执行力的强弱反映了各部门的管理水平，更体现在每一员工的精神面貌上，它无时不在影响着我们每个部门、每个环节的工作。那么，如何提高执行力，通过对本书的学习，我有以下几点心得体会：
一、要激发全体干部职工对企业的目标、策略和各项制度的认同感，使其发挥内心深处最大的潜能，用良好的心态，愉快的精神和饱满的工作热情来完成自己的每一项工作。
二、为使执行力有前进的方向，需要对各部门、各岗位的职责范围、衡量标准以及完成时限进行细分和量化。
三、建立良好的管理机制。制度和规定都是为了帮助员工更好的工作，是提供方便而不是为了约束，是为了规范其行为而不是一种负担。
四、广电行业面临挑战和机遇,人才建设尤为重要。积极选择合适的人到恰当的岗位上，做到知人的基础上善任，不仅有眼光识人，又要有魄力用人。
